How it works
About a week from the first conversation to cards on your counter.
Your name, your trade, and what you want to offer — a free tenth coffee, half price sixth treatment, whatever suits.
Usually within a day. A real mockup of your card, not a template with your name dropped in. It costs nothing to look.
Want the logo bigger, a different colour, a fresh idea entirely? Say so and we redo it. As many times as it takes, at no cost. Then you pay and it goes to print.
About a week later, delivered to the shop. When you're running low, message us and we reprint the same design.
What you actually have to do
You are running a shop. You have not got an afternoon to spend working out card sizes and paper weights, and you shouldn't have to.
Don't like the first one? Say so and we draw another. Different colours, a different feel, a completely fresh idea — as many times as it takes, and it never costs you anything. You only pay once you've seen something you actually want.
Design, artwork setup, choosing the right stock, placing the print order, chasing the printer, delivery. You don't need a designer, a logo file, or to know what 350gsm uncoated means. You just need to tell us about the shop.
One short conversation at the start, one look at the design, one yes. That is the whole of what we need from you. Everything after that happens without you having to think about it again.
And when you run low, one message brings the same cards back — no re-briefing, no new design, no starting again. We keep your artwork on file.
Why it works
It sits in a wallet next to their bank card. Every time they open it they see your name and a row of stamps they have half filled — and finishing it is worth more to them than the coffee is worth to you.
The mistake most shops make is asking for twelve stamps.
Twelve feels generous and reads as unreachable, so the card ends up in a drawer. Nine or ten for a coffee, six to eight for a haircut, five for a car wash. We'll say so when you brief us, because a card nobody finishes is a card nobody comes back for.
